Returns and Refund Policy

30 - DAY RETURNS:

(Online Purchases only)

You can cancel and return an online order within 30 days of receipt for any reason. For faulty items, you get 7 days to return the item for a full refund. After 30 days we can offer you a repair or replacement. 

- Any personalisation to any jewellery piece, including engraving, or ring resizing once done will not be subjective for any return or refund, either in-store or online.

- In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, earrings unless the items hold a manufacturing defect.

After this period, money paid is no longer refundable. You have no legal entitlement to exchange or obtain a refund where:

* You have simply changed your mind
* Your situation has changed
* You have damaged the goods

Items that are damaged for any reason or small diamonds fallen out due to delicate setting of small diamonds will be replaced or the item will be remade within your warranty period, no refunds on bespoke or stock orders.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that this item of fine jewellery must be worn with care. It is not intended for heavy use and should be removed and carefully stored away while performing any type of manual work

In-store Purchases Only :

You can exchange an in-store purchase within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

All monies paid are non-refundable. You have no legal entitlement to exchange or obtain a refund where:

* You have simply changed your mind
* Your situation has changed
* You have damaged the goods

Items that are damaged for any reason or small diamonds fallen out due to delicate setting of small diamonds will be replaced or the item will be remade within your warranty period, no refunds on bespoke orders.

Natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, gemstones and precious metal prices fluctuate due to market supply and other circumstances.

We do not provide a guarantee, return, exchange on the purchase and prices of these items in case of future price changes whether increase or decrease of these items.
